Mashitha Ifthikar
As the Founder of Mashitha’s Hair Studio, I bring 25 years of expertise to the beauty industry. My journey began in 2000, when I opened my first salon in Sri Lanka. In 2005, I moved to the U.S. to pursue my passion for hairstyling, refining my skills at Prive Hair Salon on Fifth Avenue in NYC. In 2019, I opened Mashitha’s Hair Studio, where I created customized styles for my clients’ most cherished moments and special occasions. I am committed to making their dream hair a reality!

Sim Salim
Born and raised in the Bronx, I first learned the art of cutting hair with scissors while training in Mumbai, India. After returning to New York, I furthered my education at the American Barber Institute in the Bronx. Since then, I’ve worked at professional barbershops across Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Yonkers, specializing in high-end hairstyles and seamless fades for 10 years.
